Unlike usual polished groats, the whole ‘live’ grain has a bran cover and a germ. The bran cover contains the great amount of fiber, vitamins and minerals. There is a particularly high number of B-group vitamins that are absorbed better than any other artificial analogues. The full set of natural substances facilitates full absorption of the product.
Our special cutting technology provides a neat cut of each grain that preserves boiling time. Cooking steel cut grain is as easy as cooking usual groats.
